Consequently, the collection, processing (including archiving, modification, blocking and deletion) and use of your data entered or generated by you as part of use of the Internet facility of the website jokon.de are performed solely in compliance with the currently applicable regulations governing protection of data (German Telemedia Act (TMG), German Data Protection Act (BDSG), German Interstate Broadcasting Agreement (RStV).

1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data involves information about a person's identity, for instance name, address or email address.

During reservation or ordering, only the personal data that you communicate to us of your own accord are collected. We subsequently process and use these data only to the extent necessary for the order and further processing (e.g. delivery).

2. Collection, processing and use of usage data

Usage data involve data not actively provided by you, but which may be passively collected as you navigate on the website.

During a visit to our online facility, our provider records the domain name or the IP address of the enquiring computer, the client's file request (file name and URL), the http answer code and the Internet page from which you are visiting us in addition to the date and duration of your visit. 3. Use of cookies

Our pages make reference to our manufacturers and business associates who in turn offer websites and web services. These are as a rule subject to their own privacy statements. We cannot accept any liability for these declarations unrelated to us. We kindly request that you inform yourself there of the respective privacy practice.

We consider that we have an obligation to safeguard security of your data. In order to prevent unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure, guarantee accuracy of the data and ensure justified use of the data, we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational procedures in order to secure and protect the data that we request online. We cannot however accept any responsibility or liability for disclosure of your data owing to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorised access by third parties.

9. Amendment of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this General Privacy Policy at any time, subject to compliance with the currently applicable privacy regulations. The version of the General Privacy Policy retrievable at the time of your visit shall always apply for use of our online facility.

Insofar as you have communicated personal data to us of your own accord on the occasion of using services, we will inform you of the amended provisions by appropriate means (e.g. by email) four weeks at the latest before their entry into force. Unless these amendments are opposed within four weeks following receipt of notification, the amended General Privacy Policy shall be considered accepted.
